Happy Healthy You Naturopath, Paige Greacen provides some resources to help young women.

Working with Happy Healthy You, an Australian-based health and lifestyle company, established by Olympian, Lisa Curry and Naturopath and Author, Jeff Butterworth in 2014, Paige brings a vibrant approach to helping people achieve their health goals, by combining traditional naturopathic philosophies and cutting-edge scientific research.

Having studied a BBHsc (Naturopathy), Paige is passionate about educating and empowering others, especially within female health, to take control and sustain optimal health and well-being.

Speaking exclusively to Miss.com.au, Paige encouraged young women to utilise the free information, resources and practitioner advice and guidance at Happy Healthy You to educate themselves on their bodies and more in particular their menstrual cycle.

With the knowledge and deeper learnings about their bodies young women can gain though Happy Healthy You, they become empowered, understanding how to manage their periods, and taking advantage of the “ebbs and flows” that our hormones go through month to month.

At Happy Healthy You, we welcome any and every woman who is ready to take charge of their health and become more intuitive to what signals their body is communicating to them. Every woman, no matter their any age, will benefit from being a part of our Happy Healthy You community. We delve into all the stages of reproductive age and beyond in order to empower women, keeping them well informed on the changes their bodies experience through the ages and how nutrition and lifestyle regimes can enhance our overall health and well-being.

One particular story that stood out to me, was that of a young teenager with severe symptoms of PMDD, anxiety, bloating and sleeping issues. With guidance of specific foods to include to nourish the endocrine system and; avoid to minimise inflammation, alongside appropriate supplementation and lifestyle modifications, together we have worked through the blocks to her health and created a new life where she can feel confident that her previous symptoms do not have to control her life.

Working alongside teenagers in the Happy Teens private Facebook group has allowed me to share, educate and empower young women around the menstrual cycle and how to support our body through each phase.

We have specific private women’s only Facebook groups where you can contact us and join in on our communities questions and answers. Our team of holistic practitioners (accredited Naturopaths, Nutritionists and Yogi) are all here to support you in each specific group. The groups are.
