Aussie swimwear brand Pilvati has launched its new sustainable summer sensation collection - and it's stunning.

Creative Director and owner of Plivati Swimwear, Julianne Bobanovic, unveiled her latest collection at Designer Q’s 10 birthday celebrations & runway in Brisbane,  as well as a beach side photoshoot featuring ‘Floyd’ a 1962 VW beetle; with the name inspired by the band Pink Floyd (pictured with model Maia Fuchs)

The "Summer Sensations" collection for 2022/2023 includes classic feminine one pieces with tie up shoulders, long sleeve swimsuits offering more sun protection, a modern take on the triangle bikini, one pieces designed for longer torsos; a new kaftan and more.

This collection has primarily one pieces aimed at those who are looking for more support and modest coverage in recycled soft, chlorine resistant and soft repreve lining. With a range of textured fabrics and new prints; the collection is designed to compliment and is available in sizes 8-18. Retail prices range from $49.95 to $179.95. A smaller children’s collection has also been added with final pieces expected to arrive at the end of October.

Ms Bobanovic, who launched the business three years, has a good grasp on what women are looking for in their swimwear, and created the concept of “Beach to Bar” within her collection – coordinated wardrobe pieces that take a woman from the beach or pool to an evening out by adding linen pants, shorts or denim additions.

“Sophistication and comfort are what I want for my customers,”  Ms Bobanovic said. “These last couple of years, having my own local bricks and mortar store for a short time and meaningful customer feedback have enabled me to create this collection and launch another season of Plivati Swimwear. I am forever grateful for the support I have received throughout the last 3 years of growing my business and am excited to share this new collection with everyone in quality fabrics and structure."
