After a massive season one and two,
podcast series Two Broke Chicks is back. The podcast shares life lessons for women and is hosted by journalists Alex Hourigan and Sally McMullen (pictured).“We know that your twenties can be chaotic energy. So every episode we dish our top tier and only slightly traumatic tales to help our chicks survive their second decade,” says Alex.In less than a year, the show has increased its listeners by more than 700% between the first two seasons, been crowned New & Noteworthy on Apple Podcasts and landed a spot in the top 5 of the Society & Culture charts on Spotify. In season three, the 20-something podcasters will continue to record two episodes every week. As well as their regular full-length episodes on Tuesdays, the pair will drop a mini episode every Thursday. This includes “Add To Cart”, where they quiz their guests on their fashion faves, top tier beauty recs and savvy shopping tips. They’ll also be putting a little twist on their “Fact Or Cap” where they put a viral challenge or trend to the test. The pair are also introducing a new ‘Life Lessons From The Chicks’ format, where they’ll share gems of wisdom, hilarious stories and lessons learned from their audience. “Over the last two seasons we’ve grown an incredible audience and we get some absolute cracker stories from them in the DMs,” says Sally. “So we thought it was about time to hand the mic over to our chicks”.  Throughout the season, the women will be joined by guests including Jessica Sepel (founder of JS Health Vitamins), Georgie Stevenson (host of Rise & Conquer podcast) and Lucy Jackson and Nikki Westcott (founders of JGR & STN and hosts of Happy Hour podcast).
